Hygiene & Cosmetic Products

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Conditions

- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return. 

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
